Graduate Computational Research Fellow
A range of experience levels will be considered for the Computational Research Fellow. The fellow will focus on a computational modeling project and will secondarily work on web app and mobile app development projects. Fellow will be working under guidance and supervision of an experienced mentor. Fellow will be given part-time hours as needed, and paid a rate of $25 an hour. Expected up to 30 hours a week over the Spring Semester, with potential to be rehired in future semesters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Moderate experience with object-oriented python3
- Comfortable with git workflows
Preference will be given to candidates who also have experience with the following technologies:
- numpy, pandas, scipy, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, d3js, React Native, Android App Development, iOS app development
- Desire to collaborate in computational modelling of social sciences
